Midas Dual Diagnosis Residential Treatment Program
Eligibility
- Client must be age 18 or older
- Client must have a substance abuse dependence and a coexisting mental illness
- Client must have a commitment to abstinence from substance abuse
- Client must be reasonably stabilized on any psychotropic medications that are being taken. That is, must not be suffering from side effects that would prevent them from benefiting from the program. Clients who enter the program and are taking psychotropic medications must arrive with a 21 day supply and commit to taking them as prescribed unless otherwise advised by medical staff.
- Clients must be free from any hallucinations, delusions, or other psychotic symptomology which would prevent them from benefiting from the program.
- Client must be free from any homicidal or suicidal ideation which would prevent them from benefiting from this program.
